1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Learning Management System (LMS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
The LMS provides educational management features including course management, assessments, student management, and a Placement Module that enables eligible students to apply for jobs.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed using your account.
4. Placement Module
Eligible students may apply for jobs through the Placement Module. Students are responsible for ensuring that the information and resumes they submit are accurate and up to date.
5. Google Account Integration
If you choose to connect your Google account, you authorize the application to use Google OAuth and the Gmail API solely to send job application emails from your Gmail account after you explicitly initiate the action. The application does not read, modify, or delete your Gmail messages.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the LMS, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, violate applicable laws, or impersonate another person.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, content, branding, and materials within the LMS remain the property of Stad Solution or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
8. Privacy
Your use of the LMS is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stad Solution shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the LMS.
10. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security concerns, or legal requirements.
11. Changes to the Service
We may modify or discontinue features of the LMS and update these Terms from time to time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Stad Solution operates.
